Fast, Friendly and Efficient is how I would describe IDS and the service they provide to us.

 

 

Delivery and collection of cylinders is next day, the office staff are efficient in dealing with orders and paperwork, and the technical back up is second to none, especially with the ever increasing array of new refrigerants emerging onto the market.
