Government announces launch of Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive

The Government have today launched the Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI), offering homeowners, social and private landlords and people that build their own homes, financial support to offset the cost of installing MCS Accredited heating and hot water technologies.

John Westerman, an expert in the Renewables market, reacted today:

"Since the original announcement back in 2009, today brings some really positive news that's both good for the domestic customer and the Renewables supply chain.  Climalife look forward to working closely with installers and manufacturers to achieve business growth and supporting the Government's ambition that by 2020, 12% of heating can come from renewable sources."
