F-Gas Regulation Update - May 2014

The final text of the F-Gas Regulation was published on 20th May 2014 on the Official Journal of the European Union.  This text will be known as EU Regulation 517/2014.  It will enter into force on 9th June 2014 and apply from 1st January 2015.

Following its formal adoption by the European Council on 14th April, this is the last step of the approval process.  The European Commission are now preparing the necessary steps to ensure Regulations can be fully implemented by January 2015.
