Climalife UK delighted with customer survey results

Last month we conducted an annual customer survey, as part of our ongoing commitment to delivering excellent levels of service to our customers.

The survey covered many aspects of our business, including products, technical knowledge, customer service, delivery, customer visits and our recent seminar events.  We were delighted with the overwhelmingly positive response; 98% of customers surveyed confirmed they are happy with the level of technical knowledge we offer, and the most popular reasons customers chose for why they deal with us were price and customer service.

We would like to extend our thanks to everyone who took the time to complete the survey, and the results will help us as we continually improve and ensure we are offering the very best service to our customers.
