Festivities are in full swing here at our UK office with lots of decorations, Christmas songs and festive hot chocolate!
With a few weeks to go until the big day, we are pleased to confirm the details of our Christmas opening times.
During the Christmas period we will have reduced access to products and transport so please allow as much time as possible when ordering to make sure your delivery arrives in time.
Our main packing and filling plant and our transport company will be closed from midday Friday 24th December until Tuesday 4th January.
Our office will be closed on the 27th and 28th December but will be open on the 29th, 30th and 31st December for administration tasks.
Our last standard delivery day will be Thursday 23rd December.
In order to guarantee delivery by this date our last order dates will be:
Monday 20th / Tuesday 21st December for Scotland
Wednesday 22nd December for England and Wales.
Any orders placed on the 23rd or 24th December will be delivered from the 5th January.
Any deliveries after the last standard delivery date will be classed as emergencies and will incur a call out fee and additional transport charges.
Standard deliveries will resume in January.
